Recently awarded the Bismillah Khan Award from Sangeet Natak Akademi, Sri Rahul Acharya is extremely knowledgable about the development of Odissi dance and the religious history of Orissa and especially about Lord Jagannath having recently published a book over 500 pages about Orissa's main deity.
